Regarding the booking of your vehicle, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- If you cancel your booking more than 20 days before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your booking between 20 days and 48 hours before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a refund of 50%.
- If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your specified pick-up time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
